Delivery

All products will be delivered within 14 days.

Hong Kong & Macau
Free SF Express delivery for orders over HKD $500.
For orders under HKD $500, SF Express Cash on Delivery (COD) will be arranged, and the recipient will be responsible for paying the shipping fee. The order does not include shipping fees

Taiwan
Free shipping for orders over HKD $800.
For orders under HKD $800, SF Express Cash on Delivery (COD) will be arranged, and the recipient will be responsible for paying the shipping fee.
International
For shipping details and arrangements in other regions, please refer to the shipping information.

所有產品滿港幣$500包順豐快遞
港幣$500以下將會安排順豐貨到付款(到付),由收件方自行支付運費,訂單不包括運費

台灣地區
所有現貨或訂造產品: 滿港幣$800豁免運費
港幣$800以下將會安排順豐貨到付款(到付),由收件方自行支付運費

我們不會承擔訂單的任何關稅及稅款。 送貨期間或發貨後收取的所有費用均由客戶負責(關稅、稅費等)。 ToffeeRoll is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Change & Refund
  • Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure that they match the type and quantity of the items you have ordered and to check for any damages or defects.
  • All products are non-refundable, except for quality-related issues.
  • To avoid any disputes, once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been made, no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless there is a quality issue with the product. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. 
  • 請於收取貨品後馬上檢查貨品是否閣下所訂購之種類、數量及是否有損毀或瑕疵。
  • 所有產品不設退款,如非質量問題恕不退換。
  • 為免有任何爭議,所有產品一經成功自行下單付款訂購後,除品質有損壞問題外,恕不設任何理由而取消訂單、退貨、退款或更換 ,請各顧客於惠顧前考慮清楚,敬請諒解。
